Like every year, this year also people will observe fast on Shivratri, but do you know that fasting and Shivling worship is against our Gita and Vedas. In our Gita (Verse number 16 of chapter number 6), I have clearly written that one should not fast, but in today's date, our religion Guru Pandit etc. says to keep all the fast. Either Gita is wrong or the priest is a religious teacher. Then in the Gita (Verse number 12 to 15 of chapter number 7 to verse number 25 of chapter 20 to 23, verse number 9) it is written that worshiping the Gods and Goddesses, the three gunas (Rajoguna Brahma, Satgun Vishnu, Tamoguna Shiva) and ghosts. Pooja, Pitra Pooja etc. is the practice of fools, they will be thrown into a terrible hell.
If we go according to the Gita, then fasting Shivalinga Puja is not good for us. Our society was illiterate earlier, then our religion gurus and pundits accepted the knowledge that they told us as true, in which the pundits put us on devotion against scripture to run their livelihood which is very harmful for us but today's society It is written that we can read our scriptures ourselves and decide which devotional method is written in our scriptures and which is not for us Our scriptures are the same.
